SSI Brand Sealing Compound to IS 1834 - A

This is to pour sealing compound with a working temperature from 180°C and a density of 1000 kg I cubic metre.
By providing this sealing compound to the depth of mi.nimum 1/4” the mastic pads are protected from contacts of water or oil or any other foreign material which might damage the effective functioning of Mastic Fillers.

The sealing compound will give good adhesion towards concrete and will have the ability to withstand extension without cracking. When melted, it gives easy flow. It is durable and plastic and at the same time offer resistance to ingress of liquid foreign matter.

Sealing compound required per 100 metres running joint in kg per 25 mm depth of varous thickness

12 mm thickness	40kgs
18 mm thickness	60kgs
25 mm thickness	85kgs

Availllble In 20kgs/200 kgs drums/barrels. Wastage 5% to be added.
